Defect
When a special attachment or similar accessory is installed on the horn, the horn is not mounted in the correct position. As a result, sound output may fall below the regulatory minimum level, causing the horn to fail to conform to the applicable horn technical standards.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, drill a mounting hole at the correct horn mounting position and reinstall the horn in that location.

状況
警音器において、特殊アタッチメント等を装着した場合、正規の取付位置に装着していないため 、音の大きさが基準値を下回り、警音器の技術基準に適合しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、警音器を正規取付位置へ穴加工して取り付ける。
