Defect
On the left engine mount bracket of turbocharged engines, the threaded holes for the fastening bolts were improperly machined, resulting in double-cut threads on some units. Vibration from CVT drive forces causes the fastening bolts to loosen. Continued operation may lead to bolt fracture and engine tilt and, in the worst case, the drive shaft detaches, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the threaded bolt holes in the left engine mount bracket. If double-cut threading is found, replace the left bracket assembly with a conforming unit.

状況
過給機付エンジンの左側エンジンマウントにおいて、ブラケットの締結ボルト用ネジ穴の加工が不適切なため、ネジ穴を二重に加工したものがある。そのため、CVTの駆動力等の振動により締結ボルトが緩み、そのまま使用を続けるとボルトが破断してエンジンが傾き、最悪の場合、ドライブシャフトが外れ、走行できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該左側エンジンマウントブラケットの締結ボルト用ネジ穴を点検し、二重に加工されたものは左側ブラケット一式を良品と交換する。
