Defect

On harvesting and threshing machines, the left-turn clutch case in the power transmission unit was improperly manufactured, resulting in insufficient strength. Hydraulic pressure applied during left turns causes cracks to form in the clutch case, leading to an oil leak. In the worst case, the clutch case may break apart, making the machine unable to turn.

Corrective action

1. Replace the clutch case on all vehicles with a corrected part.

状況

1.刈取脱穀作業車の動力伝達装置において、左旋回クラッチケースの製造が不適切なため、クラッチケースの強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、左旋回時にかかる油圧によりクラッチケースに亀裂が生じてオイルが漏れ、最悪の場合、クラッチケースが破損して旋回できなくなるおそれがある。

改善措置

1.全車両、クラッチケースを対策品と交換する。
