Defect
The weld joint on the clutch master cylinder has insufficient strength, which may cause the cylinder to fracture and leak fluid. If fluid leaks, clutch operation is lost, preventing gear changes and making it impossible to move the vehicle from a stop.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the clutch master cylinder with the corrected part and install an interference-prevention plate between the clutch pedal and the clutch master cylinder.

状況
クラッチマスターシリンダー溶着部の強度が不足しているため、クラッチマスターシリンダーが破損し、フルードが漏れるものがある。フルードが漏れた場合、クラッチ操作ができなくなるため、変速ギヤのチェンジができず、また、停止後に発進できなくなる。
改善措置
全車両、クラッチマスターシリンダーを対策品と交換し、クラッチペダルにクラッチマスターシリンダーとの干渉防止用プレートを追加する。
