Defect
On large route buses equipped with a voice-synthesis door open/close warning system, the electrical wiring inside the switch box to the right of the driver's seat is incorrectly routed. As a result, the advance warning chime for the center door opening and closing may not activate.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, correct the electrical wiring inside the driver's-side right switch box to the proper routing.
