Defect
The tightening torque specification for the upper anchor mounting bolts of the third-row left and right seat belts is incorrect, causing some bolts to be assembled below the specified torque value. If use continues in this condition, the bolts may loosen and the seat belt may fail to restrain the occupant.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the third-row left and right seat belt upper anchor mounting bolts are retightened to the specified torque value.

状況
３列目左右座席ベルトにおいて、上部アンカー取付けボルトの締付けトルク設定が不適切なため、基準値を下回る締付けトルクで組付けられたものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該ボルトが緩み、乗員を拘束できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、３列目左右座席ベルトの上部アンカー取付けボルトを正規トルク値で締付ける。
