Defect
The floor board hole for securing the rearmost seat belt anchor fitting is the wrong diameter, causing the fitting to be installed at an angle under force. Continued use in this condition may allow the bolt to loosen and, in the worst case, fail to restrain the passenger from moving forward during a collision.
Corrective action
Replace the floor board on all vehicles with the corrected part.

状況
最後部座席のシートベルトの金具を固定するフロアボードの穴径が不適切なため、金具が傾いた状態で無理に取付られているため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ボルトが緩み、最悪の場合、衝突時等の際に乗客が前方に移動することを防止できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該フロアボードを対策品に交換する。
