Defect
On single-unit vehicle transporters, the manufacturing instructions for the hydraulic pump connecting flange are incorrect, causing the set screw mounting holes that secure the connecting flange to the oil pump shaft to be positioned differently from the design specification. Vibration during driving can cause the set screw to loosen. If operation continues in this condition, the connecting flange may detach and the shaft may separate, creating a hazard to other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the hydraulic pump connecting flange is replaced with the correct part.

状況
１台積車両運搬車の作業用装置油圧ポンプにおいて、接続フランジの製造指示が不適切なため、接続フランジとオイルポンプシャフトを固定するセットスクリューの取付け穴の位置が設計と異なっているものがある。そのため、走行時の振動等により、セットスクリューが緩み、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、接続フランジが脱落してシャフトが外れ、他の交通を妨げるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、油圧ポンプの接続フランジを正規品に交換する。
