Issue
On large trucks fitted with a wing roof van body, the hydraulic piping for the wing roof actuator above the left front wheel is routed differently from the engineering drawing. Assembly variation has resulted in excessive slack in the hydraulic piping on some units. This allows the front tire to contact the hydraulic piping, damaging it and causing hydraulic fluid to leak, which prevents the wing roof from operating normally. In the worst case, the wing roof may lower on its own.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reroute the wing roof hydraulic piping to the correct routing. If the hydraulic piping shows damage, replace it with new piping.

状況
ウイングルーフバン架装を行った大型トラックにおいて、左前輪上のウイングルーフ作動用油圧配管の配索が図面指示と異なるため、組み立て時のバラツキにより油圧配管のたるみが大きいものがある。そのため、フロントタイヤと油圧配管が接触し、油圧配管が破損し油圧作動油が漏れ、ウイングルーフが正常に作動しなくなるおそれがあり、最悪の場合、ウイングルーフが自然降下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ウイングルーフ作動用油圧配管を正規配索に変更する。なお、油圧配管に損傷がある場合、新品の油圧配管に交換する。
