Defect
The fuel pressure sensor mounted on the engine fuel supply rail is improperly torqued at installation. Engine vibration and other factors may cause the sensor to loosen over time. Fuel may then leak along the sensor mounting threads.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, retorque the fuel pressure sensor to the specified value.
