Defect
On compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles, the plug of the high-pressure fuel regulator was not tightened to the specified torque during assembly. The pressure surge generated at engine startup causes the plug to loosen. Continued use allows the O-ring fitted to the plug to sustain damage, and fuel may leak.
Corrective action
Inspect all vehicles and retighten the plug to the specified torque. Where a fuel leak is present, replace the O-ring with a new part.

状況
圧縮天然ガス自動車（ＣＮＧ車）において、燃料を供給する高圧レギュレータのプラグの締 付力が不足しているため、エンジンの始動時に発生するガス圧の衝撃により、当該プラグ が緩むものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、プラグに取付けられているオー リングが損傷し、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、点検し、当該プラグを増し締めする。なお、燃料漏れのあるものは、オーリング を新品と交換する。
