Defect
On driving school vehicles, the snap pin that retains the clevis pin on the passenger-side auxiliary brake pedal has an incorrect design, which may allow the snap pin to disengage depending on operating conditions. Continued use may cause the clevis pin to fall out of the pedal arm, rendering the passenger-side auxiliary brake inoperative.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the snap pin with a corrected part.
