Defect
The control software for the Front Power Drive Unit (FPDU), which controls the front motor, and the Rear Motor Control Unit (RMCU), which controls the rear motor, is incorrect. At vehicle startup, the FPDU and RMCU may misidentify motor phase, leaving the vehicle unable to move after startup. If the accelerator pedal is depressed beyond a certain point in this condition, the vehicle may suddenly move without warning.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reprogram the FPDU and RMCU with corrected software.

状況
フロントモーターを制御するフロントパワードライブユニット（ＦＰＤＵ）及びリヤモーターを制御するリヤモーターコントロールユニット（ＲＭＣＵ）の制御プログラムが不適切なため、車両起動時にＦＰＤＵ及びＲＭＣＵがモーターの位相を誤認識し、起動後に発進不能となる場合がある。また、この状態で一定以上アクセルペダルを踏み込むと、車両が急に動き出すおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ＦＰＤＵ及びＲＭＣＵのプログラムを対策品に書き換える。
