Defect
On certain dedicated container-carrier vehicles equipped with a center-brake parking brake and a detachable body system, the clearance between the lashing component (frame crush preventer) used to secure the detachable unit to the chassis frame and the parking brake cable may be insufficient. Contact between the lashing component and the cable damages the cable. In the worst case, the cable may fracture and cause complete loss of parking brake function.
Corrective action
On all affected vehicles, replace the lashing component with a corrected part to ensure adequate clearance from the parking brake cable. Also inspect the parking brake cable and replace it with a new unit if damage is found.

状況
センタブレーキ式駐車ブレーキ仕様の脱着装置付コンテナ専用車において、脱着装置を車体フレームに固定するために使用する固縛部品（フレーム潰れ防止材）と駐車ブレーキワイヤの間隔が不適切なものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、固縛部品と駐車ブレーキワイヤが接触することで駐車ブレーキワイヤが損傷し、最悪の場合、駐車ブレーキワイヤが切れるとともに、駐車ブレーキが利かなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、固縛部品を対策品と交換し、固縛部品と駐車ブレーキワイヤの間隔を確保する。また、駐車ブレーキワイヤを点検し、損傷のあるものは新品と交換する。
