Defect
In the automated 6-speed manual mode transmission, the clutch disc bush has insufficient strength. Repeated clutch operation causes the bush to break, and the resulting fragments become lodged between the clutch cover and the clutch disc, preventing the clutch from disengaging. As a result, a warning light illuminates, protective control locks the gear in place, and the transmission becomes unable to shift.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected clutch disc with the corrected part and replace the clutch cover with a new one.

状況
自動６速マニュアルモードトランスミッションにおいて、③クラッチディスクのブッシュの強度が不足しているため、クラッチ操作の繰り返しにより当該ブッシュが破損し、破損片がクラッチカバーとクラッチディスク間に噛みこんでクラッチが切れなくなることがあり、警告灯が点灯するとともに保護制御によりギヤを固定して、変速できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
③全車両、当該クラッチディスクを対策品と交換するとともに、クラッチカバーを新品と交換する。
