Defect
In the automated 6-speed manual mode transmission, the engine oil pan is improperly shaped, allowing rainwater and other contaminants to enter through the junction with the transmission. This causes the clutch lever pivot to rust and seize, preventing the clutch from disengaging. As a result, a warning light illuminates, protective control locks the gear in place, and the transmission becomes unable to shift.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected oil pan with the corrected part.

状況
自動６速マニュアルモードトランスミッションにおいて、 ①エンジンのオイルパンの形状が不適切なため、トランスミッションとの連結部から雨水等が浸入するものがあり、クラッチレバーの支点が錆びて固着し、クラッチが切れず、警告灯を点灯するとともに保護制御によりギヤを固定して、変速できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
①全車両、当該オイルパンを対策品と交換する。
