Defect
In the automated 6-speed manual mode transmission, the bolts securing the coupling between the select shaft and the select motor are insufficiently tightened. The bolts loosen and develop play, causing a mismatch between the shift control unit's commands and the actual shift position. As a result, a warning light illuminates, protective control locks the gear in place, and the transmission becomes unable to shift.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, verify the transmission serial number. If the vehicle is within the affected range, replace the fastening bolts with new ones and tighten them to the specified torque.

状況
自動６速マニュアルモードトランスミッションにおいて、 ②セレクト用シャフトとセレクトモータを連結する部品のボルト締付けが不適切なため、当該ボルトが緩んでガタが発生するものがあり、シフトコントロールユニットの指示とシフト位置にずれが生じるため、警告灯が点灯するとともに保護制御によりギヤを固定して、変速できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
②全車両、トランスミッションの製造番号を確認し、対象の場合、当該締結ボルトを新品と交換し、適切な締付トルクで締め付ける。
