Defect
In the brake actuator, an incorrect seal ring was installed during assembly. Brake fluid leaks through the faulty seal into the brake actuator, activating the brake warning lamp. Braking force may decrease as a result.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, verify the brake actuator serial number and replace any affected unit with a non-defective unit. Inspect the brake actuator connector for brake fluid contamination, and if found, replace the electrical wiring with a new unit.

状況
ブレーキアクチュエータにおいて、誤ったシールリングが組み付けられたものがある。そのため、当該シール部よりブレーキアクチュエータ内にブレーキ液が漏れてブレーキ警告灯が点灯するとともに、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ブレーキアクチュエータの製造番号を確認し該当するものは良品に交換するとともに、当該ブレーキアクチュエータのコネクタ部を点検し、ブレーキ液の付着が認められた場合は、電気配線を新品と交換する。
