Defect
On vehicles equipped with an automated mechanical transmission (AGS), the anti-rotation pin — the component that detects gear position — is made of an incorrect material, resulting in insufficient durability. Repeated gear changes can cause the anti-rotation pin to fracture, illuminating a warning light and leaving the vehicle unable to shift gears or move.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the AGS actuator with the corrected part.

状況
機械式自動変速機（ＡＧＳ）のギヤ位置を検知するための部品（アンチローテーションピン）の材質が不適切なため、アンチローテーションピンの耐久性が不足しているものがある。そのため、変速が繰り返し行われると、アンチローテーションピンが破損して、警告灯が点灯するとともに、変速不能及び走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ＡＧＳアクチュエータを対策品に交換する。
