Defect
On the combination lamp assembly (reverse, tail, stop, and turn signal lamps), the electrical connector terminals in the bulb holder are deformed. This allows insulating deposits to form on the terminal contact surfaces, causing poor conductivity. As a result, the affected lamps may fail to illuminate or may not operate normally.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, cut and remove the vehicle-side electrical wiring connector at the affected lamp, then solder additional wiring directly to the bulb holder circuit board.

状況
コンビネーションランプ（後退灯、尾灯、制動灯及び方向指示器）のバルブホルダにおいて、電気配線の接続コネクタ部の端子が変形しているものがある。そのため、当該端子の接点部に絶縁物質が生成されて導通不良となり、当該ランプが点灯しなくなる、又は、正常に作動しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ランプの車両側電気配線のコネクタを切除し、追加配線にてバルブホルダの基板にはんだ付けする。
