Defect
On refuse collection vehicles, the rear lighting units are mounted in incorrect positions, placing the tail lamps and brake lamps outside the Safety Standards requirement that the outermost edge of the illuminated area be within 400 mm of the outermost edge of the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, install additional brackets to reposition the rear lighting units to a compliant location.

状況
塵芥車において、後部灯火器の取付位置が不適切なため、尾灯及び制動灯の取付位置が道路運送車両の保安基準（照明部の最外縁が自動車の最外側から４００ｍｍ以内となるよう取り付け）に抵触する。
改善措置
全車両、追加ブラケットを取り付け、後部灯火器の取付位置を変更する。
