Defect
On refuse collection vehicles, the socket terminal in the combination tail/brake lamp at the rear of the vehicle was installed incorrectly on some units. Driving vibration can cause poor contact between the bulb and socket, resulting in the lamp failing to illuminate.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the socket. If an incorrect part is found, replace the lamp assembly with the correct genuine part.

状況
塵芥車の車両後部に備えている尾灯兼用の制動灯において、ソケットの端子部が間違って取り付けられたものがある。そのため、走行時の振動等により、電球とソケットが接点不良を起こし、不点灯となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ソケットを点検し、誤った部品が付いている場合には、当該灯火を正規品に交換する。
