Defect
On vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission, the selector cable is improperly secured. The driver's foot may contact the cable retaining bracket and disengage it. Continued use in this condition may cause the automatic transmission to stop shifting in response to selector lever operation.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the lock plate securing the selector cable with the corrected part.

状況
②自動変速機搭載車において、セレクトケーブルの固定方法が不適切なため、運転者の足が当該固定部に当たって固定が外れるおそれがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、セレクトレバーを操作しても自動変速機が変速しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
②全車両、セレクトケーブルを固定するロックプレートを対策品と交換する。
