Defect
The fuel filler hose is improperly assembled onto the fuel filler pipe, degrading the seal between the two components. When fuel is added after the automatic shutoff (auto-stop) function of the fill nozzle has already activated, fuel may leak from the hose.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, properly reassemble the fuel filler hose onto the fuel filler pipe.

状況
燃料フィラーホースにおいて、燃料フィラーパイプへの組付けが不適切なため、当該ホースと燃料フィラーパイプとのシール性能が低下することがある。そのため、燃料を給油ノズルの自動停止（オートストップ）機能が作動した後に継ぎ足し給油を行った場合に、当該ホースから燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料フィラーホースを適切に組付ける。
