Defect
The clamp securing the fuel filler hose to the fuel tank was not tightened to the specified torque during assembly. This improper clamping may cause a crack to develop in the hose. If the vehicle continues to be operated, the crack may propagate and result in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel filler hose with a new part and tighten the clamp to the specified torque.

状況
燃料フィラーホースにおいて、燃料タンクと固定しているクランプの締付けが不適切なため、当該ホースに亀裂が発生することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該ホースの亀裂が進行して燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ホースを新品と交換し、クランプを適切に締付ける。
