Defect
Due to improper assembly during manufacturing, the metal fitting portion of the fuel hose may have deformed, leaving the hose routed out of its correct position. In this condition, the fuel hose contacts the canister purge hose of the evaporative emission control system and wears through. In the worst case, a hole forms in the hose and fuel leaks.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the fuel hose (including the metal fitting portion) and the canister purge hose are replaced with new parts.

状況
燃料ホースにおいて、製造時の組付け作業が不適切なため、燃料ホースの金具部分が変形し、正しい位置に配管されていないものがある。そのため、当該ホースが燃料蒸発ガス抑制装置のキャニスタパージホースと接触することで摩耗し、最悪の場合、穴が開いて燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料ホース（金具部分も含む）とキャニスタパージホースを新品に交換する。
