Defect
The drum nuts that secure the wheel bolts are improperly machined. The threads may fracture during wheel nut tightening or as a result of vibration during vehicle operation. Continued use allows the wheel nuts to loosen. In the worst case, wheel separation may occur.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the drum nuts with conforming units and replace the wheel bolts with new units.

状況
ホイールボルトを固定するドラムナットの加工が不適切なため、ホイールナット締め付け時、または走行中の振動により、ねじ山が破損するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ホイールナットに緩みが生じ、最悪の場合、脱輪に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ドラムナットを良品に交換するとともに、ホイールボルトを新品に交換する。
