Defect
On large tourist buses, the combustion heater used for cabin heating has an improperly designed coolant inlet/outlet pipe shape, and the hose clamp fitted to that pipe is incorrectly specified. When the heater is operating under high coolant pressure, the hose may separate from the pipe. This causes a rapid coolant leak and may render the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the hose clamp with the corrected part.

状況
大型観光バスの ②車室内暖房用の燃焼式ヒータにおいて、冷却水出入口部パイプの形状と当該パイプに組み付けるホースバンドの設定が不適切なため、ヒータを入れて水圧が高い状態で使用した場合、ホースが抜けるものがある。そのため、冷却水が急激に漏れて運行できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、 ②当該ホースバンドを対策品と交換する。
