Defect
On aerial work platforms, the chassis external relay box was relocated during body upfitting on certain units such that the relay box wiring interferes with the hydraulic hose of the upfit equipment. Continued use allows vehicle operating vibration to cause a short circuit in the wiring, which may result in lights failing to illuminate or the engine stalling.
Corrective action
Add a hose guide bracket to prevent interference between the hydraulic hose and the wiring.

状況
高所作業車の架装において、シャシの車外リレーボックスを移設した際に、当該リレーボックスの配線と架装物の油圧ホースが干渉しているものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、走行振動等により当該配線がショートし、灯火類の不灯やエンジンが停止するおそれがある。
改善措置
油圧ホースと配線が干渉しないようにホースガイドブラケットを追加する。
