Defect
On refuse collection vehicles, the knob bolts securing the cargo box ceiling sheet cover were not tightened to the specified torque during assembly. As a result, the knob bolts may loosen and, in the worst case, the retaining plate for the ceiling sheet cover may fall off.
Corrective action
Remove the knob bolts and replace them with hex bolts.
