Defect
The alternator wiring routed in the upper engine compartment is improperly routed, causing it to contact the air tube retaining clamp on some vehicles. Continued use allows engine vibration to damage both the wiring and the air tube, which in the worst case may cause a charging failure and insufficient air pressure supply.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected electrical wiring with new parts and reroute it. If the air tube shows damage, replace it with a new part as well.

状況
②原動機室上部のオルタネータ用電気配線の取り回しが不適切なため、当該電気配線がエアチューブ固定用クランプと接触しているものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、原動機の振動により当該電気配線及びエアチューブが損傷し、最悪の場合、充電不良及びエア充填不良となるおそれがある。
改善措置
②全車両、当該電気配線を新品と交換するとともに、取り回しを変更する。また、エアチューブに損傷がある場合は、新品と交換する。
