Defect
On concrete mixer trucks equipped with an electrically operated hopper cover, the controller governing cover operation is incorrectly configured, causing excessive torque to be generated at the hopper cover shaft. Continued operation may cause the shaft to fracture and, in the worst case, the hopper cover to detach from the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the controller with a corrected part and install a drop-prevention bracket on the hopper cover.

状況
コンクリートミキサー車に備えられている電動式ホッパーカバーにおいて、当該カバーを開閉するコントローラの設定が不適切なため、ホッパーカバーシャフトに過大なトルクが発生する場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると当該シャフトが折損し、最悪の場合、ホッパーカバーが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、コントローラーを対策品に交換するとともに、ホッパーカバーに脱落防止金具を取り付ける。
