Defect
On hi-rail vehicles (road-rail combination vehicles), the brake booster vacuum line contains defective welds, and an incorrect vacuum hose was installed during assembly. These conditions prevent adequate vacuum supply to the booster. In the worst case, stopping distance is extended.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the vacuum line with a good unit. Additionally, inspect the vacuum hose and replace any incorrect hose with the correct production part.

状況
軌陸車（軌道兼用車）のブレーキ倍力装置において、バキューム配管の溶接不良とともにバキュームホースに誤品を組み付けたものがある。そのため、負圧が十分に供給されず、最悪の場合、制動距離が長くなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、バキューム配管を良品と交換する。また、バキュームホースを点検し、不適切なものは正規品と交換する。
