Defect
In the brake system, some brake pipes connected to the load-sensing proportioning valve (LSPV) are improperly assembled. As a result, during hard braking under a fully loaded condition, stopping distance may increase.
Corrective action
Inspect all vehicles. On any vehicle where the brake pipe assembly is found to be incorrect, reassemble the pipe to the proper specification.

状況
制動装置において、ロードセンシングプロポーショニングバルブ（ＬＳＰＶ）へのブレー キ配管の一部に組付けが不適切なものがあるため、積車状態での急制動時に、ブレーキの 制動距離が伸びるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両点検し、当該配管の組付けが不適切なものは、適切な組付けに変更する。
