Defect
On certain rail-road combined vehicles, the brake booster vacuum line was improperly welded and an incorrect vacuum hose was installed during assembly. As a result, sufficient negative pressure is not supplied to the booster. In the worst case, stopping distance is extended.
Corrective action
Replace the vacuum line with a conforming part. Inspect the vacuum hose and replace any non-conforming hose with the correct part.

状況
軌陸車(軌道兼用車)のブレーキ倍力装置において、バキューム配管の溶接不良とともにバキュームホースに誤品を組み付けたものがある。そのため、負圧が十分に供給されず、最悪の場合、制動距離が長くなるおそれがある。
改善措置
バキューム配管を良品と交換する。また、バキュームホースを点検し、不適切なものは正規品と交換する。
