Defect
The cleaning process applied to the CVT oil cooler hose during manufacturing was inadequate on some units. Engine vibration and operation may cause the hose to detach, resulting in an oil leak and loss of mobility. In the worst case, a vehicle fire may occur.
Corrective action
Replace the oil cooler hose with a conforming unit on all vehicles.

状況
自動無段変速機（ＣＶＴ）のオイルクーラーホースの製造工程において、洗浄処理が不適切なものがある。そのため、エンジンの振動などにより当該ホースが抜けてオイルが漏れ、走行不能になり、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、オイルクーラーホースを良品に交換する。
