Defect
In liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) vehicles, the fuel-gas filling hose is made of an inappropriate material. During service, cracks can develop on the surface of the hose. Continued use allows the cracks to propagate and may result in a fuel gas leak during refueling.
Corrective action
Replace the affected hose on all vehicles with the corrected part.

状況
液化石油ガス（ＬＰＧ）車において、燃料ガス充填用ホースの材質が不適切なため、使用過程において当該ホースの表面に亀裂が発生するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、亀裂が進行し、燃料ガス充填時にガスが漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ホースを対策品に交換する。
