Defect
On large transit buses, the vehicle speed sensor mounted to the automatic transmission is improperly designed. The internal wiring of the sensor may develop a broken wire, causing the speedometer to stop indicating vehicle speed and the tachograph to stop recording speed.
Corrective action
Replace the vehicle speed sensor on all vehicles with a corrected part.

状況
