Defect
On large touring buses, the nylon tubing that supplies air to the pneumatic cylinders operating the swing doors is improperly assembled. The tubing may pull free, causing an air leak. As a result, the door is no longer held in position and, in the worst case, may open while the vehicle is in motion.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the nylon tubing with new parts and reassemble correctly.

状況
大型観光バスのスイング扉開閉用エアシリンダにエアを供給するためのナイロンチューブの組付けが不適切なため、チューブが抜けてエアが洩れる場合がある。そのため、扉が保持されず、最悪の場合、走行中に扉が開くおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ナイロンチューブを新品と交換し、正規に組付ける。
