Defect
On large buses, the mounting point securing the metal toilet water supply tank has insufficient strength. The mounting point may fail, causing the tank to fall. When the tank falls, the toilet electrical wiring attached to it may be damaged, creating a risk of vehicle fire.
Corrective action
1) On all vehicles, secure the water supply tank using a retaining belt. 2) On all vehicles, inspect the toilet electrical wiring for damage, then reposition and reroute the wiring. If the wiring is damaged, repair it.

状況
大型バスのトイレ用金属製給水タンクにおいて、タンク固定部の強度が不足しているため、固定部が損傷してタンクが脱落することがある。そのため、タンクに固定されているトイレ用電気配線が損傷して、火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
１．全車両、給水タンクを固定ベルトで固定する。 ２．全車両、トイレ用電気配線の損傷有無を点検し、固定位置と配索を変更する。なお、配線が損傷している場合には補修する。
