Defect
The clamp bolt connecting the steering shaft to the steering gearbox is improperly torqued during assembly, resulting in damage to the bolt on some vehicles. This reduces clamping force and, in the worst case, may cause loss of steering control.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the steering shaft and clamp bolt with new parts and tighten to the specified torque.

状況
ステアリングシャフトとギヤボックスを連結している締結ボルトの締め付け方法が不適切なため、ボルトが損傷しているものがある。そのため、締結力が不十分となり、最悪の場合、かじ取り操作ができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ステアリングシャフトと締結ボルトを新品と交換し、規定トルクで締め付ける。
