Defect
In compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) vehicles, a carbonized film may form on the contact points of the relay that operates the gas shutoff valve, increasing electrical resistance. As a result, the gas shutoff valve may fail to open. In the worst case, the engine may stall while driving and be unable to restart.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the relay with a corrected part.

状況
圧縮天然ガス車（ＣＮＧ車）および液化石油ガス車（ＬＰＧ車）において、ガス遮断弁を作動させるリレーの接点部に炭化物の被膜が形成され、電気抵抗が増加する場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ガス遮断弁が開かず、最悪の場合、走行中原動機が停止し、再始動できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、対策品のリレーに交換する。
