Defect
The fuel tank mounting position on certain trucks is incorrect. Vibration during vehicle operation causes cracks to develop at the edges of the fuel tank. In the worst case, fuel may leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, a reinforcing plate is added to the fuel tank mounting bracket. The fuel tank is also replaced with a new unit.

状況
トラックの燃料タンクの取付位置が不適切なものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、走行時の振動等により、燃料タンクの端部に亀裂が発生し、最悪の場合、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料タンク固定用金具に補強板を追加する。また、燃料タンクを新品に交換する。
