Defect
The air charge pipe supplying compressed air to the brake air tank is not properly secured. Continued use allows vehicle vibration to cause cracks to develop in the pipe. In the worst case, air pressure becomes insufficient and braking force decreases.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add mounting hardware and fixing hardware to the pipe, and replace the pipe with a non-defective part.

状況
制動装置において、エアタンクに圧縮空気を供給するパイプ(エアチャージパイプ)が適 切に固定されていないため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、車体の振動により、当該 パイプに亀裂が発生し、最悪の場合、空気圧が不足し、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該パイプに取付金具及び固定金具を追加するとともに、パイプを良品と交換す る。
