Defect
On driver training vehicles, the clips bundling the clutch hose are improperly shaped. During clutch operation, the hose expands and contracts, causing the clips to deform. Continued use allows the hose to contact surrounding components, resulting in damage and fluid leak. In the worst case, the clutch may fail to disengage, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the hose clips with corrected parts and install a protective cover on the clutch hose. If the clutch hose is damaged, replace it with a new hose.

状況
教習車において、クラッチホースを束ねているクリップの形状が不適切なため、クラッチ操作時のホースの膨張収縮により、クリップが変形するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ホースが周辺部品と干渉し、損傷して液漏れが発生することがあり、最悪の場合、クラッチが切れなくなり、走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ホースクリップを対策品と交換するとともにプロテクタをクラッチホースに取り付ける。また、クラッチホースが損傷している場合は、当該ホースを新品と交換する。
