Defect
On vehicles fitted with a dealer-option reverse warning device, the splice terminal added to the vehicle's electrical wiring was incorrectly connected during assembly. As a result, the right-side brake lamp may fail to illuminate during braking.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect brake lamp illumination during braking. Where the brake lamp does not illuminate, replace the splice wiring with a conforming part.

状況
ディーラオプション部品として販売された後退警報装置を装着した車両において、車両側の電気配線に追加する割り込み用の端子の配線接続を誤って製造したものがある。そのため、制動操作時に右側の制動灯が点灯しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、制動灯の点灯有無を点検し、制動灯が点灯しない場合は当該割込み用電気配線を良品と交換する。
