Defect
On vehicles converted to dual-mode rail-road operation, the clearance between the brake air hose and the frame used to mount the hydraulic equipment and cargo bed is insufficient, causing interference from vibration during driving on some units. Continued use may damage the hose, causing an air leak, and in the worst case, reducing braking force.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the brake air hose with the corrected part.

状況
１．軌陸車（軌道兼用車等）に改造した車両において、油圧装置及び荷台を架装するためのフレームとブレーキ用エアホースとの隙間が不適切なため、走行時の振動等により干渉するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該ホースが損傷し、エアが漏れ、最悪の場合、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
１．全車両、ブレーキ用エアホースを対策品に交換する。
