Defect
On van-type vehicles, the door lock assembly with emergency-exit release function, fitted to the cargo loading and unloading door, is improperly designed. Vibration during vehicle operation may inadvertently activate the emergency unlocking mechanism, causing the door latch to disengage. As a result, the door may open while the vehicle is in motion and, in the worst case, cargo may fall from the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected door lock assembly with the corrected part.

状況
バン型車両において、物品積載設備の積み卸し口のドアに取り付けられている非常脱出機能付きドアロック装置の構造が不適切なため、走行中の振動等により非常時の開錠機能が作動し、ドアロックが外れることがある。そのため、走行中にドアが開き、最悪の場合、積荷が落下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ドアロック装置を対策品に交換する。
