Defect
Improper handling during the engine transport process may have left the oil filler cap loosened on some units. Continued operation in this condition allows oil to spray from the cap area under high-load driving and, in the worst case, may result in a vehicle fire.

状況
エンジンの搬送工程における作業が不適切なため、作業中にオイルフィラーキャップを緩めてしまったものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、高負荷運転時に当該キャップ部からオイルが飛散し、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、オイルフィラーキャップの締め付け状態を点検し、緩んでいる場合は確実に締め付ける。また、オイルが漏れている場合は、洗浄及び部品交換の処置をする。
