Defect
The power steering hydraulic pipe is improperly secured, allowing engine vibration to shift it out of position. Depending on the pipe's displaced position, it may contact the brake pipe. Continued use in this condition may damage the brake pipe, causing brake fluid to leak and reducing braking force.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the hydraulic pipe mounting clamp with a new part and add a displacement-prevention stopper. Any brake pipe or hydraulic pipe found to be damaged must also be replaced with new parts.

状況
②パワーステアリング用油圧パイプの固定方法が不適切なため、エンジン振動等により位置がずれるものがある。そのため、当該油圧パイプの固定状態によってはブレーキパイプと接触し、そのまま使用を続けると、ブレーキパイプが損傷してブレーキ液が漏れ、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
②全車両、当該油圧パイプの固定金具を新品に交換し、位置ずれ防止ストッパーを追加する。また、ブレーキパイプと当該油圧パイプに損傷があるものは新品と交換する。
